Scheduling and Admission Permit Numbers Explained
Your NAVID (NAVLE identification number) is a unique identifier assigned to you by the ICVA, and is used to access your Scheduling and Admission Permit online. The NAVID consists of the letters "NAV" followed by six digits (e.g.: NAV123456). Your NAVID was e-mailed to you by the ICVA at the time your NAVLE application was received in the ICVA office, and was emailed to you again once permits were available.
The Scheduling Number on your permit is used to schedule your testing appointment with Prometric. This number is located on the upper left portion of your Scheduling and Admission Permit.
Your Confirmation Number is provided to you by Prometric when you schedule your examination, and you should record this number in the specified area on the bottom of your permit. You will need this number to confirm and/or reschedule your testing appointment. The ICVA does not have access to these numbers, because they are provided directly to the candidate by Prometric at the time of scheduling.
Your Candidate Identification Number (CIN) on your permit is used on the day you test, to access your examination. This number is located on the upper right portion of your Scheduling and Admission Permit. If you do not have your Scheduling and Admission Permit with you on your scheduled test day, you will not be admitted to the Prometric testing center and will not be allowed to take the NAVLE.
