Test forms are not customizable. All candidates see one of a set of fixed forms of comparable difficulty built to the NAVLE blueprint. Every item on the NAVLE is developed and then reviewed and approved by committee members drawn from the different geographic regions represented by the exam. This cross-regional review exists specifically to ensure that approved content is accurate and appropriate across all regions.
