Does a missed exam appointment count against my 5-attempt limit?
Category: NAVLE - Scoring, Retakes, Exam Security & Grievances / Retake PolicyIf you apply for the NAVLE but do not go to the Prometric testing center and start the tutorial — which marks the beginning of the exam — it will not count as an attempt under the NAVLE retake policy’s 5-attempt limit. To take the exam during a future testing window, you will need to apply during a subsequent application period and pay the applicable application fee.
