What happens if I miss my appointment and need to reschedule?
Category: NAVLE - Scheduling & Exam Day /A late cancellation or no-show triggers a nonrefundable Prometric Rescheduling Fee or Reinstatement Fee, charged directly by Prometric rather than by ICVA. You can contact Prometric via the ProScheduler or reach out to a Prometric representative using the contact details on your Scheduling and Admission Permit.
