It is recommended that you contact Prometric as soon as possible to reschedule your examination appointment – within the testing window – using the ProScheduler online system or the phone number provided in Section 1 of the permit.  You will need to use the confirmation number Prometric provided when you made your initial testing appointment. To avoid Prometric fees, you should complete the rescheduling process at least two business days before your scheduled appointment. After rescheduling, be sure to record your rescheduling confirmation number for future reference. ICVA cannot retrieve this number for you.
