I need another copy of my score report — how do I get one, and can I send it to a board with it?
NAVLE - Scoring, Retakes, Exam Security & GrievancesIf it has been more than a year since you tested and your NAVLE score report is no longer available in MyNBME, you may order a duplicate for $25 through the Score Report Order Form. Before submitting the form, please look up your ICVAID and have your date of birth, name, testing window, and email address ready. Your duplicate report will be emailed within two business days. Please note that the PDF is for your personal records and cannot be submitted to a licensing board.
