Grievances cover problems with exam administration or testing conditions that negatively affected your performance — test-center staff conduct, eligibility issues, an incorrectly administered accommodation, technical failures, disruptive environmental conditions, or a site closure. File within 10 business days of your test date using ICVA's online form; incomplete or late submissions are not reviewed. You should also file directly with Prometric (on-site or via their website) within the same window. Investigations can take up to 60 days, after which ICVA follows up with a final response.
