After submitting your ICVA NAVLE application on-line, you will be directed
immediately into your on-line NAVLE State application.
The ICVA offers NAVLE candidates applying through the boards listed above the
option of applying on-line and paying the $55.00 state NAVLE application fee by
credit card (Visa or Master Card). Additional processing fees apply to those applying
through the following states: Iowa
