NAVLE candidates applying through the above licensing boards will be approved directly by the ICVA office, not by the individual boards, and must submit their NAVLE State application and supporting documentation directly to the ICVA, by the application receipt deadline (August 1 for the November-December NAVLE and February 1 for the April NAVLE).
The candidate must contact their educational program (e.g., ECFVG, PAVE, or AVMA-accredited school) and ask that their supporting documentation be emailed to email@example.com so that it is received by the ICVA by the application deadline.
If you are applying through one of the above jurisdictions and you have a documented disability for which you will require test accommodations, you should download and review the test accommodation guidelines before you submit your application.
If you intend to submit your state NAVLE application on-line, you must FIRST submit the ICVA NAVLE application. DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE NAVLE STATE APPLICATION UNTIL YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THE ICVA NAVLE APPLICATION. To access ICVA NAVLE Application, go to the ICVA website here.
After submitting your ICVA NAVLE application on-line, you will be directed immediately into your on-line NAVLE State application.
