ICVA Online Payment Form

Please use this secure payment form to submit any ICVA-related fees that were not paid with your initial application, including NAVLE State application fees and NAVLE testing region change fees.

Fees can be paid by Visa and MasterCard. Please note that all fee payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

It is important to not the following for NAVLE testing region changes:

To allow sufficient processing time, testing region change requests must be submitted at least 10 business days before the applicable testing window begins (no exceptions or extensions).
Please allow two (2) business days for processing after submitting your payment. Once your request has been completed, the ICVA team will follow up with you.
If you have already received a Scheduling and Admission Permit, NBME will issue an updated permit and email it to you when it is ready.
