ICVA Chief Operating Officer
Janine Hawley is the Chief Operating Officer at ICVA and has been with the organization since 2022. Her 25 years of experience in the assessment field include supporting ICVA’s programs for two decades through her work at the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME). She is a Certified Credentialing Professional through the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE-CCP), serves on committees for the Council on Licensure, Enforcement, and Regulation (CLEAR) and the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.), and is a member of the American Board of Veterinary Specialties Board (representing Certification and Psychometrics). Hawley has given presentations on ICVA’s work at a number of conferences, including I.C.E., CLEAR, ATP (Association of Test Publishers), AAVMC (American Association of Veterinary Medical Colleges), and AAVSB (American Association of Veterinary State Boards).
Prior to her employment at ICVA, Janine received the ICVA Award for her contributions to ICVA’s assessment programs.
