2022-2023 ICVA Board Chair: Kathy Bowler
ICVA proudly announces its 2022-2023 ICVA Board Chair, Kathy Bowler. Ms. Bowler brings her extensive experience from serving as President of the California Veterinary Medical Board to her position as the first public member to be Board Chair for ICVA.
Since 2015, she has been designated to the ICVA Board of Directors by the American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB).
