ORDERING:

This secure payment form is for ordering previous NAVLE score reports.
To locate your ICVAID, use the Find My ICVAID tool.
ICVA does not have individual score report PDFs for NAVLE candidates from before the November-December 2014 testing period.

FEE SUBMISSION:

Score Report Order Fees must be paid by Visa or MasterCard and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

PROCESSING:

Please allow two (2) business days for processing. Once ready, the duplicate Score Report will be emailed to the address you specified in the request.
